Bridge Training, Care & Support Services was founded by Ramin Mohammadi, a dedicated professional with a strong background in Child and Youth Counselling and extensive experience supporting individuals across all age groups.

With years of hands-on experience working with children, youth, adults, and seniors who require support, Ramin brings a deep understanding of human development, mental health, and person-centred care. His work has focused on supporting individuals with diverse abilities, complex needs, and life challenges—always with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and empowerment.
Ramin’s vision for Bridge was shaped by his belief that quality care goes beyond tasks. It is about relationships, trust, and genuinely understanding the individual behind the service. His counselling background informs Bridge’s holistic approach—supporting not only physical needs, but also emotional well-being, independence, and connection.
As President and Founder, Ramin remains actively involved in guiding Bridge’s mission, ensuring high standards of care, and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and professionalism.
